DC Circulator
The DC Circulator is a mode of public transportation that travels throughout Washington, DC and into Arlington, Virginia. It is a clean, comfortable bus system that services each stop every 10 minutes, no schedule needed. It is easy to understand – six routes connect you to DC’s main attractions and popular neighborhoods for both visitors and residents. And it’s the ONLY public transit option that travels along the National Mall.
Mon-Fri: 7 am – 8 pm
Sat-Sun: 9 am – 8 pm
FARES
Regular – $1.00
Senior/Disabled – 50¢- Discounted fares for passengers of the age of 65 and older. We recommend utilizing the Senior SmarTrip available in both plastic and digital versions or a government issue ID to confirm your age if asked.
DC Students (with Kids Ride Free SmarTrip® Card) – free to school and school-related activities
Children Under 5 – free (with paying adult rider)
